TurboTax is Good But...

Generally, the software performed as in prior years. An exception was that it took two attempts to pay for electronic State filing. First, the credit card processing page would not load. When it loaded and was completed and submitted, an error message stated it did not process and had to be submitted a second time. Annoying!

Payment Twice Ripoff

It's bad enough we have to pay a high price for the program, but then we have to pay an additional $40 processing fee. I understand that State Taxes requires a processing fee and has always been this way before. I feel like the consumer is being ripped off for a processing fee that has never existed before. On top of updates for the program are never ready for those who can file after receiving all their documents by January 31st, especially when the updates affect the final process.

Not happy with Turbo Tax this year. Your search goes into a Virtual Assistant online that is SO NOT helpful. Cant do a search.

turbo tax is good

It is a good program only problem is when you want to start your return it asks you if you want to purchase a new turbo tax, why not ask upfront if you already have purchased it and the code # right away, i spent hours trying to figure out how to start without having to say yes to another turbo.
