TurboTax is not any good anymore

After trying to e file about 10 times, I gave up and mailed. Could not get past spouses AGI from our jointly file last year, or her pin. I have used turbotax for more than twenty years, but this will be the last. No helpful info to get filed due to the above reason.

Turo tax is what I have used for 15+ years. I am frustrated that when I buy the program for $70+ it does not include so many things. Review - extra, E-file State - extra! I am retired and will need to find a more cost-effective way to file my taxes
