REGULAR RETURN OK AMENDED NOT SO GOOD

Filing an amended return using this software is horrible. I tried but I still don't have any idea if I filed any amended returns, State or Federal. Now I will spend hours trying to figure out what has happened.

Overall pretty easy.
However, while inputting for present year's return often asks for this-or-that, from this-or that- form/schedule from previous year. Why doesn't t the program pull the info itself; rather than me have to pull up last ear's return to find the entries?!

Easy to use and the system walk you thur each step. The only issue I encounter was inputing income from retirement pension. Since I used last year it really wasn't big problem.

Turbo Tax Deluxe is a wonderful product.

The Turbo Tax customer service Rep helped me resolve an error associated with RMD on one of my 1099R, Principal Life, and I was able to E-File my return. The Rep was wonderful and very professional and caring helping me for more than an hour to resolve the issue. She told me there may be a glitch in the Turbo Tax Deluxe Desktop product and that she will report in detail to her manager.
