State tax info is incorrect for Washington

Been using turbo tax for years. This year it keeps asking for Washington state tax info. There is no state income tax in Washington.

Turbo Tax needs to up it's game.

Process was OK this year. Returns were rejected for some problem with IRS Form 5695. Information from Turbo Tax was spotty. Virtual Help was absolutely useless.
