turbotax sucks this year!

this version of turbotax sucks! why can I not print my returns from my macbook pro? I may havew to consider a different tax program next year, after using turbotax for all returns for over 20 years even when it was called macintax.

I would normally rate this 5 stars. This year I was submitting 2 state returns and I found it disconcerting that the import did not allow me to see/review what data was entered electronically from my W2 (especially tax paid) until the entire process was finished.

Software

I was very disappointed that there was a charge of $40 to file federal return after I had already bought the software. I will rethink next year. This is ridiculous. I have bought this software for years and to just start charging to efile both returns no thank you.

I had forgotten to download the state and because of that I was unable to continue. After speaking with a representative and she worked with me in resolving the problem. She was very helpful and understanding doing this after hours.

Difficult

Difficult to install on multiple computers. It is confusing to file state tax forms by mail. Both processes were much easier in previous years.
Other than those issues the program was easy to use.
