Overall great product. The biggest problem that I encountered was trying to download turbo tax. I was getting so many different & fraudulent sites with trying to type into the google page. Yours was actually 6th down on the page. Thank goodness that I have been working with computers since 1979 and knew what exactly to look for. Some people may not be so fortunate. I wish that you return to the CD format, a lot safe and more secure.

Buggy expensive software, bought federal and state but still charged me for state. Had continuous issues entering my VIN with the software

Always glitches when emailing Federal and State (PA) forms. Always takes several more hours to iron them out. Reviews state there is nothing to correct in forms before emailing. Works but quite painful.
