Big fan of Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for years. it is easy, fast, and convenient. I usually get my refund within a few of weeks after e-filing.

Confusing RMD questions

The questions on the IRAs and the Office of Personnel and the Defense Finance are confusing. Only the IRAs have RMD requirements. The other payments are retirement payments which do not have RMD requirements.

User Unfriendly, Very Disappointed

very disappointed, for some reason the bank information did not show up on the state return, tied several things to correct and finally gave up. Had to file an amended return because of late and forgotten W-2. process was very user unfriendly. I really hope it was e-filed correctly. The program asked for an explanation why I need to file an amended return. Typed it in, the form came back during checks as an error, no explanation as to why i need to file an amended return.
