TT needs tweaking

Okay I had difficulty using the downloaded version of TT and using the instructions on the package. Nowhere does it say that there is a difference between TT Online and the downloaded version I purchased from a retailer. The phone help I received X2 was outstanding.

I have been using TurboTax for my tax returns every year. I have tried H&R Block and Tax Act in the past, but nothing beats TurboTax.
