Difficult Process

This year's software was more difficult and confusing than in the previous years. However, it's possible that problems that arose were due to my computer's advanced age. In spite of the issues, I will most likely use
TurboTax in the future.

I was not happy with the final forms not being shown so I could select which forms to save and/or print.
I was not happy with the fact that no sheet for filing the tax for federal did not print. Yes, there no that to say, but they still had a tax to send in. Not easy finding the right address for filing.
I have no idea where my copies are being filed. Nothing shows me the internal files.

Okay but not great

It was a little difficult navigating after downloading, but once I got to the first screen, it all went smooth until I got to the submitting. Paying $25.00 to the State when you owe the state was not acceptable so I chose to mail a check.
