Works great for the most part. It's hard to use without going though the easy steps. No easy way to just fill out forms. Biggest annoyance is trying to sell add-ons. You even try to sell next year without telling me the price. No way.

I paid the $60 for a "tax expert". She was fabulous! saved me $375 on my state return. Would use this service again in a heartbeat!
