Printing issues

I cannot get the taxes to print this year! I have never had an issue before! Can't even get the screen to come up to save as a PDF! I'm using a Mac, fix this!

The download is a bit complicated and confusing. I've used computers for over 50 years, am a Mechanical Engineer, and a math prize winner. I stlll had a bit of trouble with completing the download.
"enter the passcode for your ????link" ??? I kept trying my Intuit password.
Turned out to be my computer password.

TurboTax is better than most software programs

All in all TurboTax is one of the easiest tax programs to use. I know that you are covering not just Federal Taxes but State Taxes also. It is an overwhelming job with constant tax law changes. But my biggest problem is when I select a line item for more information I don't get much help or I get the wrong Info. For example the State of Virginia Deductions for married couples became $17,000 this year. I clicked help and it said it was $16,000. I started to override the $17,000. But I googled it online and this year it was changed to $17,000. But most of the time help for a line does not show me anything pertaining to that line.

TurboTax has a BAD glitch that prevented filing

Your TurboTax program is messed up, and wouldn't let me file my return, just running me in a loop over and over again in the RMD section. I tried over a dozen times to file my completed return, finally calling one of your tax experts for help. Shannon was a very knowledgeable and helpful young lady, but even she couldn't figure out what was wrong. She asked her supervisor for help, and they couldn't figure out what was wrong either. Finally, we started checking or unchecking boxes, and even though the amended information was changed, it finally send the forms through. If I get audited, or have any more issues with your TurboTax product, it will be the last time that I ever purchase your product, after almost thirty years of using TurboTax!!!! YOU NEED TO GET YOUR PRODUCT FIXED, TO WORK PROPERLY!!!!
