Turbo Tax is, in my opinion.

Having used Turbo Tax for years was surprised to encounter a problem with The State Tax filing. Contacted Turbo Tax and talked with Audra, who was awesome, and with her help was able to get around the problem and complete the return for filing.

Each year your program seems to get more difficult to download and some questions are ambiguous. i did call in and received very good help.

Desktop version vs. online version of Turbo Tax

I love using Turbo Tax. It makes preparing your tax returns easy with clear instructions and guidance. I only have one critique. The Turbo Tax website makes it difficult to find and download the desktop version of the program. It keeps navigating me to the online version. I have multiple returns to prepare for my family so the online version doesn't fit my needs.
