TurboTax continues to offer a great service in allowing people like me to do their own returns. The import function for brokerage accounts, among other functions, is a huge help.

DON"T ALWAYS LISTEN TO NEEDS REVIEW

The language on the desktop application where something says "NEEDS REVIEW" so you then believe turbotax and get into an even deeper web of errors and misclicks whereas this whole problem of me spending the next two hours double checking everything couldve been solved by just ignoring the needs review form and proceeding to just filing the taxes

Some questions are ambiguously worded, such as the questions about estimated state tax payments. Also not obvious where to find this. Also, the page where I had to confirm my mailing address for the purchase of state e-filing would not show the "continue" button on the screen. I had to go through a lot of gyrations to continue. On the plus side, I have always had my returns successfully filed.

WILL NOT PRINT

In previous years the print button printed the returns. The print button does not work on the 2024 program. I am old and not computer savvy and cannot work out why this year it does not print. I see online others have had this problem. FIX THE PRINT PROBLEM FOR NEXT YEAR.
