Pleasure not doing the legwork

Always like using Turbo Tax - used to do all the state and federal research, collect the IRS pamphlets, etc. before I started working through. Took a couple weeks. No more! One surprise this year is no request for the insurance form - 1095, turned 65 this year but still was given lower cost for 4 months - it never came up in the process.

BOGUS FEES

I purchased your program for years. Never with "extra " fees. Now you have a 40.00 processing fee. I will never buy your program again nor will I recommend it to anybody. A complete waste of money! I hope everyone feels the same way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
