Love Turbo Tax

I had trouble loading the Turbo Tax program this year. I made a call to them and they were beyond helpful. The program wouldn't load because they found a Trojan in our computer. They were able to load Webroot (similar to Norton) on our computer and get rid of the Trojan. No extra charge. They spent a good deal of time on it and would have cost several hundred dollars to have someone come in and help us. Been using Turbo Tax for years and always will.

Inport changes made it difficult

I have used this product for almost 20 years and this year's version gave me a lot of trouble with my financial importing, found it very troublesome compared to other years.
