I find turbo tax is EASY to use with the step by step process. I like how I can see my entries from previous year. The downloading can be a little confusing.

I believe I've been using TurboTax since it was invented and always thought it was awesome, but this year, after you all reviewed and said great job and found no errors, the Fed and State returns were REJECTED!
Apparently they are question the PIN numbers used, which were the same as last year.

Turbo Tax Gets Better Each Year

I've used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and have found it well worth the money and the time. It's user friendly and accurate. Each year it improves. I would like to see a Form 709 (Gift Tax Return) added to the list of forms. Although it is considered a separate return, many retirees have a need for just such a schedule in their tax package that allows them to continue to do their own taxes while gifting money/assets to their family during the year.
