TT is great but...

I have been using TT for as long as I can remember, but his year I did my reviews, submitted the forms, and I was rejected because I didn't submit a required form. the problem is that i did enter it into the forms, so I was surprised when it came back.

"FRUSTRATED" Again

I've used Turbo Tax for the last 15 years + and its only just the last couple years I've had issue with the "FREE" e-filing of one State Tax Return. I receive the prompt to accept and utilize the "FREE" filing option only to end up paying $25 for the return. This is a very frustrating issue that needs to be resolved by Intuit. There are more competitors each year. I will have to contact them once again to get a credit to my payments. Additionally, I do not like the option to purchase a DVD version of Turbo Tax. That may also be a consideration as how I approach my Tax processing in the future.

Turbotax Sucks

I've been using Turbotax for 30 years. This is the first time that it won't print my returns easily. I had to find work arounds. I think it sucks. And will be looking for different software for next year. I only selected one star because it wouldn't let me select none.

TubroTax for great returns

Used Deluxe version of Turbo Tax. No issues using this program. Able to meet all federal tax requirements without asking for assistance. Got a good return Federal income tax return. Not using State, since my state has free on-line income tax website.

Disappointing

I am a long time TurboTax user. The software we very glitchy this year. How can this be? Things that worked last year required a work around this year. Disappointing!
