The 2024 Tax Year TurboTax is a FAILURE!

I've used TurboTax for 15+ years. The current software (downloaded) from a COSTCO purchase FAILED to provide any type of print-out to memorialize (for my records my e-filed federal) tax returns, or provide me the ability to print-out to "file by mail" or memorialize (for my records) my California state FTB return. Electronic responses contained within Intuit's/TurboTax did not provide sufficient actions to correct the situation and attempt to blame the problem on my specific computer--MY COMPUTER CONTINUED TO PROPERLY PRINT FROM ALL OTHER APPLICATIONS! Deductive reasoning brings a conclusion that the printing problem is COMPLETELY WITHIN THE TURBOTAX SOFTWARE!
