Alot of problems getting on line I had to pay extra to get my forms sent to the IRS and Pa. a lot of confusion

Generally a pretty good product but I have a background in accounting and tax prep which makes it easier. I was surprised by the cost to efile my state though. Yesterday it was 20% or $20 but when I filed today, I was charged $25. A bit disappointed.
