turbo tax was NOT user friendly

I had a horrible time printing. also with keychain access. I probably won't use turbotax next year.

Makes tax filing painless

Pretty straight forward and painless. The only problem I had was with filing. I wanted to e-file the federal return and print to mail state return. It kept insisting to e-file the state return. No way was I going to pay to file a return with No Payment and No Return.

Awesome system, but H&R Block is getting close

This year, Turbotax 2024, I had major problems in transferring 2023 files into 2024. This has never happened before. However, I will call the support team for some answers.
