Great to use

I've been using Turbotax for a couple decades now. I have always found it easy to follow and accurate. While I don't have a lot of non-standard things going on, it makes it easy when I do have something (Energy Credit or Stock Sale).
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Turbo Tax could easily teach tax strategies

I am a Dad, filing my Son's income taxes. This makes it accountable and easy. I wish their were more educational inputs that allowed a filer to learn how to create tax advantages. In the old days... filing, we learned by going through; here, the "walk through everything" survey approach skips around and leaves foreshadowing for strategies that could help a filer learn, yet does not connect the dots. The program is so proud of how easy it is, it does not teach. A truly missed opportunity.
