Turbo tax works for me

Product is pretty good. However, when you have to go back to add/change info.you can't
go directly to a spot you have to go through quite a bit of info. to get there which is cumbersome.

Turbo Tax is easy for me

I would like to see a place where it would ask me about my Social Security income instead of having to look through all those 1099's. It seems like Turbo Tax knows that I am married. It remembers my husband's information. When I am done filing his income Turbo Tax should as for my income instead of having to look at the box with all the 1099 forms. Just ask for the next person who needs to file their income. Also, I found that Turbo Tax was hard to find this year. Everyone seemed to have run out and its only February.

The 2024 changes to entering interest, dividends, and 1099B information made it less intuitive. The first panel implies that you can group them by type, but when you go in to enter the data all the types are together and you have to again select if it's 1099 interest, div, etc. Then it goes to the top of the entries and sorts alphabetically. Didn't like that design, but it got the job done. Also in that section you can't change the payor's name once you enter it. If you make a mistake you have to delete and re-enter.

Filing State is confusing.

When get to filing CA taxes it is very confusing. It says I can pay with a credit card then asks me to sign in to Intuit....why?
