Income input/import step is not efficient and a hassle to navigate. Several other steps not intuitive.
Not easy to navigate to other forms. Couldn’t see detailed cap gains/loss.
Program would NOT let me print a return.

Down loading state forms required a keychain code that I could not find on my IMAC. This is the first year that I can recall where that was required. I called the trouble desk and the rep that I dealt with was very helpful and the problem was resolved.

TurboTax processing of Forms 1099 could be better

Filling out all the forms and worksheets with information from forms 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B and 1099-R would be very difficult without TurboTax. Downloading those 1099 forms from Edward Jones, etc., was more confusing than last year and worked poorly compared to last year. The Colorado state forms for a non-resident were helpful but not complete. ,, hopefully finding a nickname for this review won't take too long.

TurboTax is too expensive for filing 1 state.

Should be able to file 1 state for the initial purchase price of Federal-State package without paying the extra $25 state electronic filing fee.

valid Routing Number not accepted

The Routing Number was not accepted. Wells Fargo confirned this routing number, but it still was not accepted. Thus I had to get IRS to mail refund.
