Easy to use!

I have used Turbo Tax the last 3 years. It seems to get easier to use every year. I love that it help by comparing from previous year and points out what I am doing compared to last year. It helps me catch thing I may have forgotten.

I have no tax due to the State of Illinois so I have tried to choose not to pay to file my state tax. The steps to do so are no clear. I have printed my state return but am still looking for the printed Illinois Payment Voucher.

Simple to use

I've used this product for years. I like it better than using paper forms. I like how they walk me through everything. Our tax situation is pretty simple so I like not having to hire someone else to do it.
The WORST PART of this experience was choosing a stupid nickname for the review. Good Lord.

Turbotax is accurate

Hi. I've been using Turbotax since at least 2011, and this version gave me the most trouble. When i finished with the state, for example, it "acted" like the program was stuck in a loop, and it took a while to realize that I needed to press "edit" in order to continue.
After I was completely finished, I attempted to email my Fed copy and I wanted to mail the State return. Once I selected I do it later, I could not do anything but email the State return, until I went back through the "print for my records" to get a copy.
There should be a "print for mailing choice.

OK, wish there was technical support

I've used TT for decades. Works OK, but I hit places (Personal Property Tax) where I had to go to forms and try and jam in data. Similar issues with managing data in Form 2210.
