need to bring back the CD version

Turbo tax charged me $15 for a State Tax Return that got rejected along with my federal Tax. They guaranteed me that it was good. REJECTED

Turbo Tax is outstanding!

Year after year, Turbo Tax has been outstanding for me. I love the simplicity, yet in depth coverage, I learning how to do it easier each year. For instance, I had to really work to put myself down as a third party designee for income tax that I do for my son and his family plus those I do for my daughter. But, once I learned how in that first year, i can do it blindfolded now.
I would probably have some complaints to write about here, but, as I become more familiar with using Turbo Taxes, I have forgotten what the rugged areas used to be.
Bottom line is that I am now pretty much breezing through the returns using Turbo Tax because I am becoming so familiar with using it. Occasionally, I'll find myself looking in Turbo Tax community discussions.
One other thing I have discovered that saves me from a lot of frustration. Instead of going directly to the Turbo Tax Forums, I google "Turbo Tax plus the topic" to get to the right area. For instance, I once googled "Turbo Tax are FID, TIN, and EIN the same". I get to the right place in the Turbo Tax Forum much faster than trying to navigate the Turbo Tax Forum site.
Anyway, I love using Turbo Tax to complete my income taxes. Thank you.

For Federal all is good... for State, Intuit makes it difficult to print the return to be mailed, because they want you to pay $25 to file the state electronically.

Could be better

I needed to call twice. Once when installing the download and once when I couldn't get the program off of the 1099-B input screen. I've been using TurboTax since at least 2016 and never had these issues. With the phone assist I was able to finish and file.
