TurboTax is far from awesome

Much harder to navigate than in the past. Had to go back and forth in various categories to ensure that all my data was entered. Then, the transmission of the return couldn't go through because another update was added from one day to the next. While I can appreciate that Turbo Tax wants to keep up to date on issues and forms, making me attempt to transmit my filing over and over for 3 hours before finding out that I needed to update my version of TurboTax before transmission was quite annoying. This should have been built into the verification process that you supposedly do. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality of your current product.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and I've never had a problem! No audits, no questions to ask and no problems! I really can't say enough about the product! No hassle, no stress!!

Turbo Tax is really great and easy.

Turbo Tax is really simple to use. All you have to do is answer questions and if you don't understand the question there is usually is something in blue you can click on to explain the question or more info for the question.
