Your instructions say that the solar credit is limited to a thousand or so dollars. That is incorrect - luckily the actual program allowed the full amount which I confirmed on the IRS website. That was a bit of a concern having to check with IRS about the incorrect information in your instructions.
In addition, I had a lot of trouble updating the saved file before I could transmit it. The saved version would not automatically update. One of your specialist was helpful when I finally was able to locate you customer number and get to her. She was excellent!

Had one problem where I was not able to add my auto taxes. I did not need so I processed return without. Otherwise it was very easy to use.

Excellent product. Will lead you through each step or let you go to a particular step or form when you so choose. Love the ability to switch between step by step mode and forms mode. Need only one product to file both federal and state tax at the same time.
