TurboTax asks all the right questions

TurboTax always has done a great job at asking all of the right questions when walking me through everything. Printing my return did have some glitches and added some schedule B, C, and 8949 smart worksheets that I didn't want to print. Also got a message that state return was transmitted after e-filing but didn't see anything about Federal.

Software Issues (Failed Validation)

The questions were easy to follow, but I had issues with e-filing my federal and state tax returns together. I kept getting a validation error when the software was up to date. I ended up having to reinstall the software for it to work. When searching online, this seems to be a very common issue that a lot of people have encountered over the years, and I'm just surprised that it has not been fixed yet.

TurboTax Deluxe is the Best

Very easy to follow. Been using Turbo Tax Deluxe since the 1990s to file simple returns and returns with rental income and self employment income. Never had any issues or problems.

TurboTax is worth the cost

I have been using this program and get new one every year. because i have a home interest, etc. instead of paying 80-100 to some one to do it for me and then having more fees to e-file it, etc. plus it safer as i don't have to share such confidential info with total strangers
