Print function not working

State public school tax credit section was unclear. After filing, I tried many attempts to print my return, but circle just kept spinning and it would not allow me to print, even though my printer was connected and I was able to print from other sources on my computer. Also, some of the areas needed to review, was very unclear how to proceed forward. Eventually found where I had to scroll all the way to bottom to find a bar that I had to scroll to the right then scroll all the way back up to find the edit buttons and info I needed to move forward.

Charged $45 for Premium Service without my consent

Very dishonest service (software).
With TurboTax Deluxe, I thought the e-filing to the IRS was free and $25 for a state.
Somehow TurboTax keep charging me with $45 for "Premium Service" without my consent and I could not opt out.
What is this "Premium Service" for? If it is required for e-filing, TurboTax needs to disclose it more clearly.

Need names on pages

The data pages need to have the person's name on every page the data is for. This will prevent confusion for joint filings.
