Frustrating filing state tax form.

Was good until I got to the file taxes page and it kept refusing my state tax for until I double checked my political tax contribution. I did this over and over and it still did not seem to recognize it was reviewed and complete. Frustrated that I can only file if I decide to not claim a tax credit I am due.

I've been using Turbo Tax for 30 years or so now and I love it. Verry easy to understand and complete in verry little time. The only complaint i have is I would have preferred to purchase a CD as internet is not verry good where I live so verry hard to download.

Worksheets are confusing

I had problems with your worksheets for schedule E. The worksheet kept me going in a circle. Everything was correct on schedule E but because of the worksheet, I could not e-file.

TurboTax was not easy to use this year.

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for over 7 years and never had a problem. 2024 Turbo tax is the worse way of downloading that I have ever used. I am not happy with it at all.

Go back to the old 1099 format

The 1099 entry and summary pages are annoying. Summaries are so much easier to read in the tabular format used in previous years. I really wish Intuit would correct the effective tax rate. It's been discussed on comments already, but it is artificially low since it does not include "other" taxed Obamacare, etc.
