TurboTax is average, security is way overdone

it's only one of two games in town, it imports previous year's returns, it has too many prompts to verify I'm a human and not a bot (this year I think I clicked on six bus images, why not send a code to the user), then I had to go through almost the same process when I checked on audit defense ... enough already!!!
