It does its job, but it's not easy to use.

Too many questions in "Easy Step" are hard to parse. Some of them need explanations.
Re e-filing, the program said it would cost $20, but the amount charged was $25.
Estimated tax forms were marked "Do not file. Form not final." Why not? I need the fiorms.

This has been my go-to tax preparation software for many years. It's easy to use and I love the fact that all of my important information is stored from the previous year. It saves me much time and worry.

Multiple modality issues, no CD issue!

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years now, for the most part very easy to use. I had trouble this year with getting it on my computer, since they no longer provide a disc. I followed the instructions but still was very aggravating. Also if you do part on tour phone then the computer or different computer they don't communicate. That was a nuisance as well. All in all still recommend using it.

Turbo Tax makes it a stress-free experience for a simple tax return. Obviously much better then having to fill out the old paper 1040 ez you had to get from the local post office.

The beginning was quite cumbersome but finally figured it out. Couldn't figure out to change my sign in as my email address had changed so I just set up a new account.
