For 20 years turbo tax has been easy to work with.

Was not my best year with turbo tax.
running the review the program showed an error on the 1099 r from charles schwab. When i clicked to fix error the program showed I needed to down load from charles schwab again. I followed the steps and ended up with all the data shown in turbo tax twice and still with the errors. I went to the forms section, deleted the duplicate forms and fixed the errors there. (the step by step was flawed somehow)

Issues with fling Federal electronic & state PAPER

How come you forced me to file my state return electronically? There was no option to mail the return. I had to select electronic to get by the filing page for state. Then I had to say I was going to buy TurboTax state for $20 THEN CANCEL. After I did this I printed the forms manually, which BTW, included instructions as if I did file electronically. I hope I pieced everything together and filed my state return correctly.

I use TuboTax regularly. You have a real serious to need to explain where to put IRS Pin into the return as your filing!!!!!!!!!
