1. I was initially unable to download my prior year return into this year's return. It finally worked later but I wasted hours trying to figure it out.
2. Your hidden fees and upcharges make you one of the most hated companies in America. Have you ever thought about being open, honest, and upfront about your charges.
3. Why does the software keep prompting me to look for additional deductions when I clearly don't qualify for additional deductions. #wastemytime

I should be asked to print BEFORE asking me to file! THEN there was an update as it was trying to file, about which I did not know! It messed the whole process up. Took me another half day to straighten it out!! I wanted to see if the QCD were actually taken care of. There is no other way to check that.

I've utilized Turbotax for preparation of our Federal and State Taxes, since early 1990's, and have had very minor issues over the years. Overall, very satisfied!

Extremely difficult to download and open. Took over an hour and many tries. finally found out I had to make a minor change on my computer so it would accept the install wizard. There's no one to call for this type of issue. Easy to enter info. I've used turbo tax for many years.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
