Turbo Tax is an excellent tax program

Turbo Tax offered $20 filing fee for SC State Return, but charged $26 plus tax. I need a refund from Turbo Tax for approximately $5.00.

Getting dumber and more confusing

Really dislike the further dumbing down of data entry and review, especially as related to imported bank/brokerage statements. Also: very disappointed there is a glitch in e-filing our NH state return, DP-10. Will have to mail it in or file via the state's website.

Seems like they want to nickel & dime you to death with extras. They state you'll get 20% off state file, but that never happened. No appreciation for long time customers.

I have been using for several years and have been satisfied. One issue that came up this year is the E-file state filing fee of $25. was suppose to be $20 discount price but when I went to pay with credit card it was $25 and could not be changed. This was disappointing and needs to be fixed.
