Had a problem downloading Turbotax. Called the service center and resolved the problem. Talked with Natonya and she solved my problem, She is a super employee.

Turbo Tax is extremely helpful for completing taxes. However the new user interface for completing Interest and Dividends entry is very poor. in my opinion.It has been this way for a couple years. It is different from every other interface and looks like it was written by a different company. Combining the Interest, Dividend and Capital Gain/Stock sales sections make it very different to make changes later. If you need to update an Interest entry, You have to scroll through all the different other entries to find the one you want. This is my biggest frustration with the tool.

Easy to use. I highly recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who wants to complete their taxes knowing they are getting the biggest refund possible.

Preparation was good. My complaint is with the filing. It is not clear that paying state e-file fee would avoid $40 processing fee. I paid just to get finished. I'M NOT HAPPY!

I did not like the fact that the 2025 version of TurboTax will not work on a computer with Windows 10. I had to purchase a new computer with Windows 11. I prefer not using the online version of TurboTax.
