Very disappointing unble to efile state return

No provision to help desktop users wanting to efile state return. Problem with the credit card set up for state of Ohio. Not able to complete my tax in a quick efficient manner. Very disappointing and time consuming collecting all the documents to send and will need to stop at post office to make sure I have correct postage.
Estimated tax return for 2025 for my deceased mother was extremely high. Not sure if that was a Turbo Tax error of IRS. Will think long and hard before returning to Turbo Tax.

I was looking for information of rmd charitable contributions and I could not get the information. it completely ignored the charitable part of the question and kept repeating the same information over and over.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is the worst I have seen it this year

I have used your product for over 20 years. This is the worst version I have ever used. It put in numbers that I never did. It created forms I didn't need and didn't put them on the the forms list so I could delete them, but, you could pull them up on the screen and see them all filled out. At one point it completely disappeared and I had to download it 3 times to get a version that worked. I am not sure if I will use this Software again next year. It froze up and got into a loos that I didn't know how to fix.It took me hours and hours to do just the short form.
