State tax calculation omitted the standard deduction and did not provide information to take the retirement income subtraction. these caused an error of more than $2000 and when I discovered the issue, I had to file an amended return. I have always relied on Turbo Tax for accuracy, but this year was unacceptable!

It was not nearly as good as all the years before this year. It was harder to see what was going on at first then it started to get closer to previous years.

More detailed information would be helpful especially in the deductions area since you hanged its format. If I had not been using Turbo Tax for years, it would have been a bit confusing to use. The cost for help is expensive.

On line vs Desktop

Switched between on line and desktop version. The on line version showed a return of $12,000 and the desktop version showed a $6,000 return, both using the same amounts I entered. What is wrong????

Please make the "use tax" part of the Indiana return easier. Ive got everything on excel, please allow me to copy and past large swaths of data rather than manually entering each value. Also this stupid AI on this review keeps changing my words. Turn it off.
