Overall Turbo Tax is Great

Product crashed on startup. Very annoying to use especially if you don't want to pay for extras. Used to be great -- not any more.

Turbo Tax can be cumbersome

The thing I don't like about Turbo Tax is if you want to go back and review/change an item you have to go through the entire section to make a change, quite time consuming.

Turbo Tax downloaded version is the bomb!

I have used the desktop version for many years and it works great. No complaints. I even had to amend my 2025 return and I did it with no problem
