TurboTax WAS VERY CONFUSING!

I have used TurboTax for many years. The changes to it this year were very confusing. Thank goodness for Rep. Coby (I could have the incorrect spelling) in Georgia. He was GREAT, WONDERFUL, FANTASTIC, and had more patience than anyone I know. He is definitely an asset to the TurboTax Association/Company. He deserves recognition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Software

It is very simple to use. The guided questions make it so. It makes a very complicated tax system simple. I've been using it since it first came out and have never had a problem. Of course I have a fairly straight forward return which helps. I will continue to use it.

I hate that I don't have a choice to opt-out of purchasing Turbo Tax Audit Defense before you efile. If there is a way to not select it, let me know.
