Still has problems when filing

Turbo Tax is still not ready for final usage to finalize my taxes. I can't pay with my refund without paying an extra $45, instead I have to use a credit card.

Suits my needs

On a simple return, TurboTax works just fine. I like that it imports all the documents from previous year's return and from my financial providers.

Easy to use with excellent on-line guidance.

This version was easy to use with excellent guidance throughout the process. I had done returns as a volunteer for AARP for many years, and this was a breeze to complete.

Turbo tax is simple

He remoted into my computer to see what I was asking about and explained Capital Gains to me since this was the first year I had this type of account.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

There has to be something better than this.

The program was reasonably intuitive; however, they repeatedly try to trick you into purchasing extra services by highlighting a button that looks like the "continue" button but isn't. Also, I'm pretty sure there is a bug in Schedule C where the limitation on the home office is taken from Sch C Line 28 and it should come from Line 29. That cost me $150 because it used the wrong limitation.
