Love TurboTax

User friendly even for the computer/electronically challenged. I have been doing my taxes using TurboTax for 0ver 25 years and will only change when my elderly brain eyes and fingers will no longer allow me to do myself.

Turbo Tax is easy to use

Did not seem as easy to use as in the past.

It seemed more difficult to use this year even though I have been using it for years. Also, it would not import tax info from Edward Jones. That was a definite negative.

Access different Turbo Tax files 101

Reference below comments.I needed advice how to access 2024 turbo tax document and the new turbo tax document I was completing. Apparently, I have two sign ins for these products. There needs to be a more friendly way to save each years' dcouments and a way to access them. Show prompts on how to do this for the confused user. I have used Turbo Tax software for many years. During tax time I need a prompt to guide me on how to store and access each years' Tax Return. Show overview and prompts.
