Great tool always being improved each year

Tool works great overall for us. Have used for many years now. The tool should ask for the ID.Me Pin while in final filing process, this would save resubmittals and frustration.

Acceptance Problem

This year is very trying, in all the years lI have used TurboTax no problems. Now for some reason eitjher TurboTax or IRS will not accept my return. The issue is the payers EIN. The numbers are tthe same as usual but the return has been repeatedly rejected, even tho I deledted and manually entered the information.

TurboTax to the Rescue

The person I talked to was very pleasant and really wanted to help! I read a lot of the helpful hints provided by TurboTax which is really a super help! Because of some of the changes, I had to spend more time figuring out what to do. Thank you for such a good product ( I have been using it for years!). All of the features or review topics are definitely a plus!

This year's forms were the most difficult to follow that w e have ever experienced with TurboTax. I would not recommend this program to anyone!

Printing issues

I had an issue trying to print the State return for Ohio (message: "currently unavailable to view, print, or download"). It was not clear which forms were missing. After to experimenting, I found that it turned out to be due to R.I.T.A. forms. It took me several hours to find this. As soon as the "R.I.T.A. Form 37" form was added the above error message appeared. After removing the R.I.T.A. form, the error message disappeared. There are numerous reports of this issue spanning several years. The error message should be clearer / more precise about the issue.
Also unchecking the R.I.T.A. option in "Step-by-Step" does not work - it has to be handled in the "Forms" mode. This exacerbated the issue described above.
