Turbo Tax works great!

Not as pleased with the "help" feature. Could not find why the Estimated tax payment vouchers had a watermark DO NOT FILE printed on them. Finally waited a few weeks and when I printed again there was no watermark. The remainder of the file was exactly the same.

Turbo Tax guidance is accurate enough and it's compact easy to use. The Staff guidance is very helpful and its great to use to file your income tax

Disappointed in the fees added

We were disappointed in Turbo Tax adding fees to our return. We were going to file our UT state taxes electronically but kept getting fees added when trying to pay for it ($40 for paying for the $20 state fee).
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Overall excellent software. Links to actual completed IRS forms could be more clear, especially when referenced during Smart Check review.

TurboTax is a life saver

I've used TurboTax for several years now, and have not been disappointed. The guided steps through each section is really helpful. Calculating our tax liability each year is confusing, as things change from year to year. Thankfully, TurboTax is on top of that.

TurbotaX IS LACKING

The e-file security pin number block is to short. The IRS sent a 6 digit code but the block only allows 5 digits.
