Had a problem with the Importing Process from Morgan Stanley E-Trade Accounts. Had to call Customer service. Also when the review process was done it said that I had 36 errors. This was due to the importing of incomplete sale dates on certain Wash sales for stocks. never had that problem before in my 20 plus years of using Turbo Tax. Other than that it worked fine as usual.

Like Turbo Tax except for having to use Windows 11

Had to use a Windows 11 PC this year. My 'tax computer' was Windows 10 and not eligible for upgrade. Cumbersome to get info off of old computer.

Good Software

It's a great program and fairly easy to use. With the help of an AI you can easily solve more complex problems that would have caused you to consult a tax authority previously.
My big complaint is the redundancy of filling out information when you file. Instead of offering to let you review last years filing instructions you have to re-enter account and routing numbers... and if that isn't annoying enough, you are forced to do it again when filing the state taxes!

I've used Turbotax for years. I appreciate that it handles the tax laws and I don't have to worry about it. I can take advantage of deductions and ensure that I'm staying within the tax regulations.
