Turbox Tax is garbage

What a piece of crap. Had to restart it so many times because it freezes up. Your state calculations are sketchy at best. Updates take a ridiculously long time

Unsuccessful printing and saving :(

I have been using TurboTax successfully for years. I have always loved using it and have recommended it to many friends and family. This year my 2024 federal and state tax returns were accepted, however, I have been unable to print or save. It's not my printer. I have printed many other documents without issue. I am baffled because this is the first time it has happened. Otherwise, I'd be giving it 5 stars.

Very good program, however there were problems (my not understanding) and the program jumped somewhere else and it took a while on my part to understand why. It would help if there would have been an explanation what the program was doing.

Been using Turbo Tax since 2006. I had more issues than ever this year. Would not download my W-2 from Dayforce. Never had an issue in the past. After all these years, I still can't download my wife's W-2. The other issue I had is that it would not go to the payment page. Took several times to get there. Not happy with it for this year. Had zero issues in the past years.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
