Turbo Tax bug caused PA to reject my state e-file

Turbo Tax is a good program, but this year a bug in their program caused a problem with PA State tax. I imported my W-2, so I did not type in any of the numbers, but Turbo Tax put the wrong value in for box 18. This caused PA to reject the electronic filing. I was able to fix my W-2 information to match the printed W-2 that I got in the mail, so I just needed to electronically re-file again. Hopefully PA accepts the return this second time

I have been using Turbo Tax for nearly 20 years to file a joint return, and for my adult children. It is the most comprehensive tax filing software tool I have seen and it makes the process efficient for me.

Very Easy to Use

TurboTax is great, but it was very difficult to find the Desktop version and how to get a license on your website. It always defaults to online filing when I login. I had to search the internet for how to get the desktop version, and then search again for how to buy a license.
