PA State Tax MISC Income Issue

I am a repeat Turbo Tax customer and will remain one at least for Federal Tax filing purposes. Year in and year out the PA State Return causes angst with the MISC Income transfer from Federal to PA State. I received $870 for being a participant in an eye study research project but Turbo Tax repeatedly reported it twice. And, as an experiment, I modified my federal to exclude it the PA form reflected before. I then included the $870 on the Federal with all required data entered but the PA return continued to reflect the source and $870 twice. I will call for help but will likely file my PA state return manually.

State protion is messed up.

The federal tax software is awesome. But the state option is awful. I elected to mail my state tax and when I try to print the return with instructions I keep getting the instructions for the electronic return. I also had to find where to mail the return due to it won't print the mailing instruction. I went through the program and clicked the option to mail the state and the program keeps changing it back to efile.
