Have used Turbo tax for several years

Why is it telling me I have to mail in my state return if I have E-filed it?
Also I signed up for auto renewal and the state E-file was supposed to cost $20 and I was charged $25.

Outdated interface, exceedingly tedious in requesting to enter, re-enter and re-enter the same information. Shamelessly expensive to file a state return

After a lifetime of using Turbo Tax, why rejection

Do not understand why my filing was rejected by the IRS after I meticulously went through the software (as I have for decades) and received no red flags. I spent another hour trying to use ID.ME and determine why I neglected to enter my PIN, even though I have never received a PIN and have never had a problem that required one to be issued. Could I have been scammed?
