Turbo Tax tries to hide extra costs

I bought Turbo Tax Deluxe and it was sold with this promise:
Includes 5 Federal e-files and 1 State via download. State e-file sold separately.
The state was supposed to be $20.00 but increased to $40.00 when I went to e-file. The wording is ambiguous. Then you have a mixup with pins which needs to be addressed.

"Free Audit" failed to work, so it had to be drop

Was unable to use the free audit support as after my logon, the pop up screen had no button to advance the screen. i tried 5 times and had to remove the "free" audit support from the cart in order to submit the taxes. Will be exploring other options for 2025 & forward. .

Charged $25 for state e-file instead of $20

Worked fine until I had to e-file my state (MA) return. I was offered the $20 state e-file fee because I am a TurboTax Advantage member, but when I was directed to a webpage (from my desktop PC edition of TurboTax), the payment webpage charged me the full rate of $25 plus tax.

I prefer using Turbo Tax from a CD disk. It was confusing trying to download from your site. Filling out the State tax was difficult. It was not easy understanding the wording and how to proceed.
